Priory Hospital Cardiff are recruiting for General Administrators to join our team.

Priory Hospital Cardiff is a modern mental health treatment unit. The unit includes accomodation for 4 patients and a variety of facilities, such as three secure gardens, a gym, patient practice kitchens, patient social area, art rooms and dedicated support service areas.


The service is currently being developed to provide bespoke treatment packages for a variety of patients with complex mental health needs.

The unit will provide a modern, homely environment promoting independence, whilst employing an experienced mutli-disciplinary team to oversee and support patient progress.

We are looking for organised, motivated and friendly individuals to join our team on a permanent basis.

As the first point of contact for the hospital this is an interesting and varied role, incorporating a wide range of duties to ensure an efficient service to our patients and wider on-site team.

The reception area will be manned 7 days a week, as such the role will involve structured weekday and weekend working.

Shift times will be 7am - 7pm (inclusive of a 1.15 hour break). Shift pattern will include four shifts one week and three shifts the following week, on a rolling rota. This includes working every other weekend.

Previous experience in a reception or administration role is preferred but not essential.


Although not essential, IT literacy is preferred with a good understanding of programmes such as Word, Excel, Outlook and the use of Outlook Calendar.

We want you to flourish in your new role so training on this will be provided.
