We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who can join our Contact Centre Team. The role is for someone who has experience working in sales.

We need somebody that can think on their feet to ensure that every customer goes away remembering the high-quality service that Lead Tech provides.

You'll naturally be engaging when speaking to customers and have impeccable communication skills. We want somebody who is dynamic - somebody who can work in a fast-paced environment.

Overview of your role


This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to speak to our customers ensuring they received the help they needed.

You will be a master at object handling and be able to resolve any queries or concerns whilst constantly looking for any opportunities to cross and upsell.


Outside of outbound calls, there may be some tasks to support the sales teams, so high attention to detail is a must.

  • This role is working full time hours between 8.00am 8.00pm, Monday
  • Friday and working 1 Saturdays every 8 weeks
  • Hybrid working model: Typical working week consists of 3 days working from our Otley office and 2 days working from the comfort of your home.

Required Skills:


  • A "people person", able to build a good rapport with the team and customers
  • Communication is key to your success in this role which includes a calm, and sympathetic approach
  • Flexible, able to work a variety of shifts, resilient and adaptable to perform and deliver within an everchanging environment.

What we offer
- £22,000 basic salary -
OTE £33,000:

  • Following successful completion of the probationary period, the basic salary will be increased to £22,500.
  • Additional pay: uncapped monthly bonus
