Waiter/ Waitress Supervisor

Front of house role for a small restaurant.


Duties:


  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
