Plannerswho can multitask and cope within a highpaced environment whilst competently and confidently managing highvolumes of work.

Duties include

Efficiently and profitably scheduling and dispatching Service & Maintenance Engineers to customers
Proactively monitoring engineer's activity
Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time
Ensuring your engineer area is clear of jobs at the end of the shift

Who are we looking for?

A fire and security industry background would be an advantage but by no means mandatory. If you are a natural born scheduler with exceptional planning skills, we can teach you all you'll need to know about our business, industry and relevant disciplines.
You will be excellent communicator with a good telephone manner, highly organised and customer focused
Attention to detail is a must
