Let me just say this on record.

FORGET what you have been told about recruitment and what happens We do it our own way, and it has worked for years.

This role as mentioned is very unique.

Your time will be split into 3 days working on our new Division and 2 days within our existing Logistics Division.


We will teach you everything you need to know, but you must be armed with drive, commitment and hunger for success.

Please do not forget to sprinkle a load of work ethic in there and Carlsberg did careers...


In all seriousness, having worked with Trainee for the last 15 years, we know how to handle someone and in all honesty, we get our kicks from watching our people develop and achieving some life changing events like getting married, buying their 1st property,passing their driving test to name a few.
