Description

Our client is a renowned professional qualifications and global membership organisation, working with Civil Engineering. They are currently looking for an Assessor Training and Engagement Lead to join there team in Central London.

The Role:


To be responsible for developing and delivering a programme that ensures reviewers and assessors are recruited, trained, inducted and that they remain competent and engaged.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Providing excellent customer service to current and potential reviewers and assessors through the delivery of a robust training and communications programme
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver an effective reviewer recruitment campaign each year to meet recruitment targets
  • Organise the annual reviewer CPD and engagement programme to ensure they remain competent, up to date with procedures and best practice
  • Creating regular newsletters and information bulletins.
  • Building in regular networking opportunities for the reviewer community, both in person and online, around the conference, briefings, training events, and CPD webinars
  • Prepare papers for consideration by the appropriate panels, as required
  • Deputise for the QA, Training & Engagement Manager in their absence.
  • Manage the designated budget for programme related expenditure

What we are looking for:


  • The ability to plan events and activities including budgeting, logistics management and coordination
  • Experience of developing, launching and running new products or services particularly training initiatives would be advantageous
  • The ability to analyse data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Project management of smallscale projects is desirable
  • Ability to communicate and influence through use of strong written, verbal, and digital media skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to motivate self and others
  • Data management experience of CRM database systems
  • Knowledge of Visio and MS Project
  • Intermediate MS Office, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent compensating experience.

£38,000.00 per year
