The role of a
Deputy Room Leader is to work alongside the team to provide a high level of professional leadership and management to all team members and to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Promote a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Follow an In the Moment planning process and enjoy spending time with the children
Support the development of good practice in relation to special educational needs and inclusion
Provide leadership and support to all playroom based staff to enable them to establish and maintain professional positive working relationships with both colleagues, parents and carers
In conjunction with the management team identify, address and support in individual training needs and selfdevelopment such as supervisions and appraisals

This position requires an enhanced DBS and self disclosure as part of our safer Recruitment processes

This position is currently maternity cover.

Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
