Description
As a Customer Representative, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to accurately record customer information and provide personalized recommendations


Duties:


  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Educate customers about our products and services and assist them in making informed purchase decisions
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings
  • Perform data entry to accurately record customer information and order details
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience

Experience:


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for helping people

Salary:
From £25,237.09 per year
