Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday operations of the school office, including scheduling, data entry, and recordkeeping
  • Provide efficient and effective communication between staff, parents, and the wider community
  • Coordinate school events and activities
  • Oversee the administration of student enrolment, attendance, and other studentrelated records
  • Provide administrative support to the school's leadership team
  • Manage a small team of administrative staff
  • Train and supervise the administrative staff
  • Scheduling, prioritising, and assigning tasks and projects to the administrative staff
  • Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to perform their roles effectively
  • Utilise SIMS software for daily operations and management of data, and train the staff as necessary.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in office management, administration, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience of using SIMS software
  • Experience in people/team management.
