The role of Marketing at WTW is two-fold—to support the company's growth and revenue goals and protect and promote a consistent global brand.
As trusted partners to all business segments and regions, the marketing group functions as an integrated global team providing comprehensive support through well-planned and executed marketing campaigns.
In this position, you will be a member of the Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) marketing team with responsibilities for supporting the segment's marketing efforts.
In order to be effective, you will partner with CRB colleagues and help execute marketing activities and tactics across segment priorities.
- Support and execute social media campaigns throughout the year (awareness days and industry related initiatives; thought leadership promotion; appointments; events)
- Collaborate and develop Global Rate Tracker Report
- Develop and distributed Construction Blueprints podcast series
- Conduct webpage updates and new web content creation
- Collaborate on quarterly newsletter creation (internal)
- Support rebranding of marketing brochures and flyers/development of new collateral
- Quarterly videos for construction (global marketplace insights)
- Update/maintain marketing planning tool
- Project manage a variety of marketing campaigns and tactics
- Contribute as part of a broader team but also able to operate independently; a selfstarter
- Use best practices and marketing tools
- Be a WTW brand champion
- Build strong relationships across marketing and CRB to execute marketing plans
- Work in ways that reflect our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence
- Partner with other marketing colleagues to share analysis about the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Marketing experience, preferably in financial services, professional services or human resources consulting
- Experience project managing innovative and winning customer engagements
- Proven tactical marketing experience
- Detailoriented, actionoriented and resultsfocused
- Selfmotivated, able to work with mínimal supervision but operate as part of a healthy, high performing team
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- A keen interest in new media and technologies
- Ease working with multiple stakeholders under pressure in an environment of continuous improvement
