Role Overview:

As part of our strong team, your responsibilities will go beyond the routine.

Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day duties:

_Entering Accounting Information_:
Ensure accurate and timely input of every purchase invoice and credit note into our systems.


_Accounting Software Management_:
Properly authorize transactions within our accounting software systems, including Userve, Merit, and Sage.


_Weekly Payment Run_:

Play a crucial role in ensuring suppliers are paid on time by assisting with the preparation and execution of weekly payment runs.


_Query Resolution_:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and resolve any queries or discrepancies promptly.


_Transaction Processing_:
Manage and process various financial transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy and compliance at all times.


What You Need to Be Successful:

Purchase Ledger Experience:
Demonstrated understanding and experience in purchase ledger processes.


_Excellent Numeracy Skills_:
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical aptitude are essential for success in this role.


_Software Skills_:
Proficiency in using finance software systems such as Safe Financials, Merit, and Sage.
