Description

Would you like to work as part of our therapy team covering the Goole and Haltemprice area ? We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering rehabilitation, to join our friendly team of therapists.


You will work with patients in their own homes, and treat people who have a variety of conditions, and you will deliver treatment for Community Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care and Urgent Community Response patients.

The post holder will have a good deal of autonomy in the managment of their caseload, but will have support available from the team at all times.
