We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at Jewson Civils Ipswich (IP3 8LF)
This role is working with
Jewson Civils Ipswich part of the STARK Group. We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe.

Hours of Work
This is a Full Time position, working Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm


What will I be doing in the role?
Our Sales Advisor's are one of our most important roles in the business.

A great Sales Advisor will help keep our business running smoothly and continue to build and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities.

To support the business, you will;

  • Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and crossselling relevant products offering specific product advice
  • Developing new customer accounts and lapsed accounts
  • Realising full potential of all customer interactions and build strong, effective relationships with customers and suppliers, managing feedback accordingly
  • Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
  • Supporting all Company initiatives
  • Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
  • Advise customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge
Experience in the industry is not essential but would be beneficial to the role. We have plenty of great training to build your product knowledge if you are willing to learn.
