As the Change Enablement Delivery PMO, you will be working with the Change Enablement Delivery and Engagement leads to monitor the planning and delivery of high profile events (through the lens of quality, time, cost and outcomes) and create effective communications and marketing for each of the product areas to engage the global technology organization through compelling branding and experiences.

Global Travel will be required.

Job responsibilities:


  • Support the endtoend planning and management of a set of Change Enablement events that are delivered globally across multiple technology LOBs and Strategic tech centers.
  • Analyze financial data to monitor spend vs plan, identify financial risks and resource allocations and provide reporting across Change Enablement products which enables a strong finance discipline & transparency to executive leadership.
  • Support the creation and management of event 'Playbooks', which include best practice artifacts to support planning, risk management and event execution (including Run of Show) which will be utilized across all events across Change Enablement so that they are planned and coordinated in a comprehensive and consistent way using best practice methods to drive efficiency.
  • Provide delivery status reporting across individual products and across the group to provide transparency in status, risks & issues and outcomes to senior executives
  • Drive the proactive mitigation/resolution of delivery related key risks and issues across Change Enablement that impact event success
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including a calendar of promotional campaigns and events
  • Work with internal Communications partners to navigate policies to offer advice to the Change Enablement function so that we can develop innovative advertising, public relations and social media campaigns
