We are currently seeking a Forklift Driver who is proud of the role they play, passionate about being the very best version of themselves and determined to achieve by going the extra mile every day.

This role will be based at our Chepstow warehouse initially working the

4 on 4 off
***Day shifts the hours of 06.00am -18.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading trailers full of compression glass bottles
Ensuring documentation is completed correctly and returned to the correct departments
Ensuring all warehouse operations are completed safely and in accordance with the health and safety policy
Ensuring equipment is used safely and is checked daily for faults
Ensuring the warehouse is always tidy & in a presentable condition
Working efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner
Reporting any incidents or security breaches to the Warehouse manager
At least 2 years Counterbalance experience needed, plus working with compression glass would be a bonus.
He or She also needs to be computer illiterate & experience of using scanning equipment would be a bonus

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

It is important to us to have the right attitude and behaviours to do a great job every day, working as part of a team and being flexible with tasks.

Previous experience Forklift
Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Knowledge of working with compression glass is advantageous
Confident with scanning and data input
Conscientious and have good attention to detail
Communicate politely and efficiently with clients and internal staff
Selfmotivated and able to work without supervision
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and objectives
Comfortable with heavy lifting
