Sales Administrator, maternity cover, Swinton, South Yorkshire
My client is a well established manufacturing business based near Rotherham.
Working within an established customer support team, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling customer enquiries, and providing administrative support to the team.
This is a maternity cover role to start ASAP and will last for a minimum of 12 months and has the potential to go permanent.
Duties of the Sales Administrator include:
- Inputting sales orders onto SAP
- Dealing with customer enquiries via Live Chat
- Managing the larger accounts
- Contacting customers online
- Attending meetings as and when required
- All other associated sales administration duties
The ideal Sales Administrator will have:
- Experience within a sales administration role, preferably within manufacturing
- Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional telephone manner
This Sales Administrator position offers:
- £24,390
- 25 days holiday
- Pension
- Hours 8am4pm and 9am5pm, alternating weekly
- Westfield Health Plan
