We are looking to recruit a Part Time Administration Assistants to cover Maternity Leave for 1 year to provide administrative support to the community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service

You should be able to work accurately within given deadlines under supervision and be friendly and enthusiastic.


You will be the first point of contact for our patients and you will work alongside other administrative staff to meet the needs of the service.

This is a part time post - we are looking for someone to work 7.5 hours per day Monday, Tuesday and Friday (9am - 5pm)

To provide admin support to the clinical team, which will include covering the phones, creating appointment letters and formatting correspondence.
