Description

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Negotiator to work on a development based in the Darlington area.

This is a full time vacancy, Thursday-Monday 10am-5pm.

The Role

Based on site, the post holder will be required to manage the full sales process from prospecting customers through to sale completion.

Experience Required
Previous new home sales experience
Outstanding customer care skills
Good IT skills, able to use customer database

Remuneration
Basic salary is negotiable depending on experience - as a guide £23,000 basic per annum + commission, bonus and mileage
