_About the Role_


The overall objective is to increase the firms' profitability and instruction volumes via the promotion of the firms' profile, reputation, technical expertise, services and products.

The Marketing Executive role is responsible for a variety of marketing and business development activities, ensuring a satisfactory return on investment.

Core tasks, duties and responsibilities within this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Working with the Marketing Manager and Client Service Partner to deliver marketing and business development objectives based upon the firm's strategy.
  • Assisting with design and production of content and marketing collateral including; presentations, banners, leaflets, brochures, videos and social media posts etc.
  • Creating and uploading content on the company website, social media channels as well as day to day management, maintenance and reporting of website and social analytics.
  • Copywriting for a variety of marketing channels and collateral.
  • Monitoring review platforms and responding to all reviews in a timely manner and escalating negative reviews to compliance.
  • Responsible for the delivery of internal and external events from endtoend, including initial scoping and objective setting through to execution and reporting ROI

Events include:
webinars, conferences, awards, networking and social.

  • Implement client development initiatives and ensure successful implementation to drive increased engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assisting with Client Service reporting and analysis, as well as upselling and cross selling opportunities.
  • Responsible for website enquiries and reporting on opportunities.
  • Supporting the Client Service Partner and other stakeholders in preparing compelling pitches and proposals.
  • Assisting with tracking budgets and reporting on spend.
  • Any other marketing tasks as delegated by Marketing Manager.

_About you_

  • The role would suit an individual with strong marketing experience working within a professional services environment.
  • You must be selfmotivated, have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a proactive mindset, willingness to learn and desire to deliver high quality work.
  • You will be highly organised, detail orientated and be experienced in dealing with a demanding workload with multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • This role requires you to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • You will have previous exposure to a full spectrum of marketing and business development activities.
  • You will need to be creative and have experience with a CMS, InDesign, Canva and Mailchimp are essential.
  • The role requires the commitment to work across all three offices as well as attend external events in various locations.
