About You
You are looking for an opportunity to stretch your skills, develop your career and work on flagship renewable energy projects across the UK and Europe - and to make a real difference.
You have at least 2 years experience and are organised and can work accurately and quickly to meet tight deadlines.
You will have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external customers.
A 'can do' and pro-active attitude with the ability to take ownership of the tasks you do, and undertake them to a consistently high standard, whilst supporting your team.
Key Responsibilities
There will be varying administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Subsidy management
- Management of the process for subsidy contract transfers
- Submissions of meter reads to subsidy licensees
- Reconciliation of subsidy payments
- Assistance in stakeholder management (clients, suppliers, contractors, etc.)
- Retrieving information from the correct sources
- Data processing
- Data and information retrieval and validation
- Assistance in setup and maintenance of assets in Syzygy's database portals
- Data upload from internal and external sources
- Reporting
- Liaison with stakeholders for required documents, data and information
- Assistance in the setup of assets in reporting portal and keeping them up to date
- Assistance to Account Managers in the production and review of periodic reports and statements
- Finance
- Invoicing of completed works to clients in a timely manner
- Management and chase for payment of overdue invoices
- Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) management
- Reconciliation of transactions
- Data management for reporting
- Managing communications with PPA provider
- Organisation
- Management of team shared mailboxes
- General admin
- Provide a proactive, comprehensive, and professional administrative coordination support for the asset management department
- Meeting minutes, internally and with clients
- Assistance in addressing client queries in timely fashion
- Management of company accounts on clients and provider's online portals
- Assistance to the wider team with any required reasonable work within the realm of applicable competences
