Customer Service Advisor:


Location:
Berwick Upon Tweed


Weekly hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working pattern:
Monday to Friday and Saturday , on a rotational shift pattern


Starting salary:
£22750 plus bonus,
increasing to £26000 after 1 year**

THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM:


The Customer Care Team is growing in line with our achievements and ambitions and will play a pivotal role in our success story.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Adviser who will report to the Head of Customer Service.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Great team player who can encourage, support and partner with their peers
  • Working in an environment where you have always achieved any targets or deadlines
  • Knowledge of customer service systems like Hubspot, Slpynx and Teams
  • Brilliant listening and problem solving skills

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

  • Escalating more complex problems to the team leader or other specialist teams
  • Monitoring our social media channels and responding to any direct messages within our SLA
  • Working as part of a team to achieve targets and KPI's linked to customer service and experience
  • Scheduling appointments, arranging and updating appointment calendars for the operations teams
  • Onboarding new customers and providing updates on customer orders
