LHH are working alongside a well reputed business, who are the international market leaders within their industry.

They now have a great opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Clerk to support their accounts team with high volume processing & query resolution following a recent acquisition.


This presents a great chance to move into a Senior role within 1/2 years as the business is keen to bring in someone who is looking to progress their career and help drive the team.

Role:
Accounts Payable Clerk (Routes into Senior AP)


Salary:
Up too £25k


Location:
Warwick


Hybrid: 3 Days in the office - Thursday & Friday WFH


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing high volumes of invoices & credit notes across a number of business units within the group.
  • Support AP colleagues to resolve vendor invoice queries
  • Liaise with colleagues at a variety of branches and their head office to secure invoice approval and to resolve queries.
  • Checking of vendor statements and to identify missing items for resolution

Experience:


  • Confident user of Excel
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable but not essential
  • Able to use own initiative when spotting discrepancies and resolving queries.
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
