Our Opportunity
The role of the Contracts Administrator is to support the achievement of Thales' financial/strategic objectives by updating the ERP system with accurate and timely data to allow us to report accurate order intake, report out of the system and invoice our customers accurately.

- Service Delivery Controllers
- Project Finance
- Project Managers
- Contracts Managers
What the role has to offer:
- Assist businesses with completing various e-forms
- Set up new and replacement contracts and projects, liaising with the Project Controller to ensure tasks are added.
- Create contract amendments in Oracle.
- Understand and monitor choice of hedge deals in foreign currency projects.
- Create and maintain invoice events in Oracle as early as possible in the contract,
- Support and promote the use of Robotic Process Automation within the role.
- Accurate and timely generation of invoices. This will include invoicing on customer portals such as Exostar.
- Accurate and timely generate of credit notes, as required; following the Thales process
- Support resolution of queries
- Use Oracle reports to facilitate maintenance of the ERP system to ensure data is as up to date and accurate as possible
- With support, understand and enforce the UK process for use and management of Customer Portals
- Any other duties as required
About you:
- An excellent team player
- Welldeveloped communication skills
- The individual should be able to communicate well at most levels
- Ability to plan logically and proactively manage the role
- Happy to develop and change processes to reflect business development
- Ability to organise own workload and be able to work under pressure
- Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Oracle
- Good numeracy skills, including the ability to pull together data from various sources and to prepare and present on Excel spreadsheets
