We work with them on a number of levels, including providing credit control solutions, commercial property support and the supply of security personnel.
Job description
- The role will also involve a wide range of general administrative duties, such as speaking to customers and suppliers, contacting Courts and other third parties, answering telephone enquiries and filing._
Main duties / responsibilities include
- _Maintaining the internal CRM system_
- Processing and allocating jobs
- Dealing with clients and agents_
Essential skills, experience and qualifications
- Admin experience is essential
- _Strong attention to detail_
- A willingness to help other members of the team._
- Must be able to Plan/Organise own workload._
- Good time management skills._
- Excellent Communication skills._
- A flexible attitude._
- Be reliable and conscientious._
- Able to work under pressure._
- _Prior experience of working within an office environment_
- Basic use of computers and programmes, such as Google and Word

Working Hours_: _Mon
- Fri 5 hours a day with flexibility between 9am and 3pm
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
