Senior Java Developer

Salary - up to £100K + 30% bonus

oin a global trading vendor and take your career to the next level as a Senior Java Developer We're looking for a talented developer to build out our trading platform that consumes 5 billion messages per day.

As a Senior Java Developer, you'll have the opportunity to develop on highly scalable and low latency software that is crucial to our trading system that is used by investment banks, hedge funds, and asset managers across the world.

You'll contribute tomultiple areas of the business, including core trading services, real-time price feeds, cloud-based microservices, and big data handling.

You'll also have the opportunity to work on globally distributed systems and highly available trading software.

You'll work in a cross-functional environment, closely with Product, QA, UX/UI and Frontend/Mobile Engineers. You'll pair program daily and practice clean code utilizing TDD and CI/CD.

Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms will be advantageousas you'll be dealing with real-time financial technical problems and concepts.

The company is based in central London and is now in its 8th year, with over 80 employees. There are clear progression opportunities through to Leadership roles.
