Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team.

As a Scaffold Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling scaffolding structures to provide safe access and support for construction projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires experience in various trades and the ability to work with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine scaffolding specifications
Erect scaffolding structures according to safety standards and project requirements
Install guardrails, ladders, platforms, and other components to ensure stability and safety
Inspect scaffolding for defects or damage and make necessary repairs or adjustments
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate scaffold installation and removal
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights
Maintain inventory of scaffold components and equipment

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

Previous experience as a Scaffold Builder or in a related construction role
Proficiency in electrical, roofing, plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, and fabrication techniques
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment used in scaffold construction
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fastpaced environment
