What you'll do

The Commercial Operations function consists of 10k+ "Frontline" colleagues across our Assisted Sales & Early Life Care, In Life Care, Specialist Care and Retail Channels.


A key part of our front-line engagement is working closely with our vendors to bring our agents closer to the brands and products they sell every day.


In this role, you will be the connection between Vodafone and our vendor partners to scope, plan and land both small and large-scale engagement drivers and projects (e.g., Roadshows).


You will manage the Ambassador programme including reporting on performance, ensuring training content is appropriate and driving attendance to Ambassador monthly sessions.

  • Ability to communicate execution plans clearly and concisely, and associate success metrics/performance & return on investment
  • Budget management & tracking
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and drive accountability and actions to completion
