We're looking for a Purchase to Pay Analyst to join our Payment Operations team in Bradford.
The Payment Operations team are responsible for several key areas including end-to-end processing of all financial transactions such as billing, customer payments, accounts receivable, in compliance with supplier accounts, applicable legislation and internalpolicies.
Liberty Global Shared Service Centre (LGSSC) acts as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in areas of Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems.

Come and join usWhat will you be doing?
- Working with senior stakeholders within the Liberty Global Group to ensure fast, effective query resolution.
- Accurate and timely processing of supplier data including testing and evidencing operational and SOx controls
- Support all aspects of the Operational Purchasing process from requisition to approval stage
- Liaising with third party suppliers where relevant to resolve complex queries.
- Interrogating multiple systems at the same time to complete processes and prepare adhoc reports as required.
- Leading on month end close processes and reconciliations of statements and accounts using MS Excel and ERP sources.
- Preparation of monthly supplier remittances and review of transactional payment requirements.
- Reviewing team processes and actively promoting suggestions to improve process, procedures and systems.
- Adhering to quality and compliance at all times and proactively promote Purchasing policy compliance measures through monitoring and education.
- Supporting Team Leaders on audit requirements to provide information and evidence as required.
We tend to look for people with:
- Essential:_
- Experience working within a fastpaced accounts payable or accounts receivable department.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Flexible and able to learn new skills quickly.
- Strong Communication Skills to explain issues concisely and clearly.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet targets without compromising on quality.
- Desirable:_
- Experience of working with Finance / Procurement systems like Oracle and APRO.
- Interest in Automation technologies.
- Accounting Technician qualification.
- Project Management experience.
