Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:
- Producing itemised take offs for the order processing team, as and when required.
- Markingup drawings for production purposes.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationship with Department Supervisor's.
- Checking, assessing, and issuing jobs for production
- Interaction with Purchasing and Stock Control to check material levels and future material requirements.
- Liaise with Despatch Department regarding external coating requirements and deliveries
- Cross department support.
- General office administration duties
Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to understand drawings.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Methodical and organised.
- Accurate with a good attention to detail.
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to multitask.
- Autocad experience (not essential).
