  • Assisting with accounts invoicing
  • Posting cash
  • Updating and maintaining client spreadsheets
  • Advising customers on payment terms
  • Monitor and action the inbox
  • Dealing with incoming queries


  • General admin

  • Filing and faxing

Person Spec:

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good understanding of Excel, Microsoft office
