Accounts Assistant ( 9 month Fixed Term Contract)Rhyl
£20-22k DOE
- Assist with coding up purchase invoices
- Entering invoices onto ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based)
- Matching purchase order / delivery note / invoice
- Filing the invoices
- Assisting the purchase ledger manager with the payment runs
- Allocating payments for purchase ledger
- Assisting the cash office manager with counting & reconciling the arcade / bar takings from other sites
- Using the cloud based portal to get the bar/restaurant/hotel sales to reconcile to the cash takings
- Control any petty cash
Qualifications & Experience:
- AAT/early stages or equivalent/QBE
- Strong Excel skills
- Demonstrable experience in a previous role
