Accounts Assistant ( 9 month Fixed Term Contract)
Rhyl
£20-22k DOE

  • Assist with coding up purchase invoices
  • Entering invoices onto ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based)
  • Matching purchase order / delivery note / invoice
  • Filing the invoices
  • Assisting the purchase ledger manager with the payment runs
  • Allocating payments for purchase ledger
  • Assisting the cash office manager with counting & reconciling the arcade / bar takings from other sites
  • Using the cloud based portal to get the bar/restaurant/hotel sales to reconcile to the cash takings
  • Control any petty cash

Qualifications & Experience:

  • AAT/early stages or equivalent/QBE
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrable experience in a previous role
