- Entry of supplier invoices onto our system.
- Ensuring invoices match to purchase orders and any relevant delivery notes.
- Ensuring invoices are sent for approval where required for weekly/monthly payments where appropriate.
- Collating and requesting supporting documents where required from suppliers and internal departments.
- Scanning invoices and supporting documents onto our electronic archiving system.
- Liasing with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries.
- Monitoring and maintaining Purchase Ledger mailboxes.
- Monthly statement reconciliations.
- Monthly intercompany reconciliations.
- Raising weekly/monthly payments where required.
- Working with multi currency transactions, predominantly Sterling, Euro and USD.
- Investigating any aged queries associated with your ledgers.
- Other ad hoc duties where required.

Experience:
- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
