Day Senior Care Assistant Role

Salary:
£12.35-£13.35 per hour
As a Day Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored care and assistance to residents during daytime hours.
Taking charge and supervising the shift and team members, you'll contribute to creating a nurturing and joyful atmosphere for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, topquality care while respecting residents' privacy, dignity, and independence.
- Lead the shift and team members, ensuring smooth coordination and cooperation.
- Perform various tasks including monitoring care assistance during meals, checking activity logs, and assisting residents with daily activities.
- Approach all duties with Care, Comfort, and Companionship as guiding principles.

- Have you completed or are you currently undertaking an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care?

Requirements:
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
- Completion of an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
