As a Day Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored care and assistance to residents during daytime hours.

Taking charge and supervising the shift and team members, you'll contribute to creating a nurturing and joyful atmosphere for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized, topquality care while respecting residents' privacy, dignity, and independence.
Lead the shift and team members, ensuring smooth coordination and cooperation.
Perform various tasks including monitoring care assistance during meals, checking activity logs, and assisting residents with daily activities.
Approach all duties with Care, Comfort, and Companionship as guiding principles.
