Role Description:


About the Role


This post is located in the Student and Academic Support (SAS) Team that delivers the university's Professional and Technical Development portfolio.


You will join our Short Courses Team, providing a professional and proactive support service to our internal and external customers.

The work is interesting and varied.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of allocated professional development programmes and customer support relating to the university's short course portfolio and for ensuring high levels of customer service by acting as a key point of contact for enquiries.


About You
This opportunity would suit an experienced and self-motivated Administrator, someone who can make an immediate impact in the team.

You will be highly customer focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and able to support the client relationships between the Short Courses Team and the wider university.

A good attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work to and meet tight deadlines is essential.


Previous experience of working with computer based records systems and an understanding of higher education administration are desirable although not essential.
