Recruitment Administrator / Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator or Assistant (experience dependent) to join our growing team.


We like to support our people to work in an agile way, so the role will offer a flexible mix of remote and office working, typically with at least one day per week spent in our Bristol office (located just a short walk from Cabot Circus and Bristol Harbourside).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing proactive and efficient administrative support across a range of recruitment activities
  • Ownership of the Recruitment team inbox, acting as the first point of contact for queries and responding or escalating in a timely manner
  • Creating job adverts and advertising vacancies on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and via LinkedIn
  • Keeping recruitment trackers uptodate, creating monthly and ad hoc reports on recruitment activity
  • Maintaining an efficient, accurate electronic filing and archiving system in compliance with GDPR
  • Coordinating the payment of invoices
  • Working with the team to help identify and implement process improvements
  • Assisting the Early Talent Advisor with administration for the firm's trainee, vacation scheme and apprenticeship programmes as required, such as organising travel / accommodation and scheduling assessment days
  • Supporting the Early Talent side of the team with inperson assessment days and events as required
  • Providing administrative support on key Recruitment or HR projects
  • Other Recruitment / HR team administration support, as required
  • Working towards taking on junior level endtoend recruitment, as appropriate

Experience and Skills Required:


  • Previous experience in an administrative and/or recruitment role within a professional environment is essential
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise own workload effectively
  • A high level of attention to detail, taking pride in producing high quality work
  • Able to coordinate with other members of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • An interest in understanding the bigger picture of what the team do
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
