Your new role At NewDay

0-12 months you'll deliver

Validation control checks on all DSAR and S78 to review accuracy of collated packs, providing constructive feedback where required.
Accurate collation of call recordings and relevant account information held for customers making Data Subject Access Requests
Responding to customer requests under the Right to be Forgotten
Issue DSAR & S78 packs accurately to the requestor by the required method using multiple systems

What you'll bring

We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure we provide customers with the data they have requested, and we don't breach DPA.
Ability to work using own initiative
Ability to prioritise workloads to achieve required targets
Good investigation skills
Strong communication skills

And would love you to know or learn:

Ability to recognise continuous improvements opportunities within all processes
Full awareness of regulatory guidelines and service levels
Strong knowledge of CCSD and Arrears Management process and procedures
