Attention all commission-oriented salespeople Are you ready to take on a new challenge and earn serious cash? Then keep readingOur client has just opened a new office in Manchester and we need hard-hitting salespeople to join our team. The earning potential is huge - you can realistically make between £50,000-£70,000 in your first year, with the opportunity to earn over £100,000 in your second year
As a Sales Consultant, your main responsibility is to close deals and up-sell additional products and services. You'll be working with warm leads only, so you'll have a great chance of making sales quickly. Plus, with uncapped commission on every deal you make, the sky is the limit
Here's what we're looking for in successful applicants:
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while also being a team player
- Selfmotivated, driven, and passionate about your role and providing good customer service
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent timemanagement skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
- Good commercial awareness of the automotive industry is desired but not essential
We're offering 4 weeks of training at our head office to help hone your closure skills, so you can start earning those big commissions as soon as possible.
