We have an exciting opportunity for an HR OD Adviser to join our Organisational Development team at an important time as we build and embed our one council culture.
And this is where you come in.
You will have a track record of working in complex circumstances within the HR OD environment and be able to demonstrate your EDI experience and solution focussed approach.
You will play a key role in helping to develop a culture of inclusion and respect in the workplace, supporting managers to develop their skills, through briefings, workshops and engagement related to EDI and the wider OD agenda.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and coordination of employee staff networks and forums
- Delivery of awareness and education communication across inclusion topics
- Develop and monitor inclusion analytics to provide evidence of efficacy EDI approaches
- Positively contribute to delivery of the People Strategy action plan
- Networks with external organisations to enable benchmarking and develop best practice within EDI
