About the role
This is a full time position in our Warehouse, based in Nottingham. The role involves ensuring the efficient unloading and loading of stock from vehicles into and from the warehouse and to support the delivery operation to ensure the correct stock is packed and dispatched in line with customer expectation

Some key Responsibilities are:

Booking in inbound stock, relocating stock.
Identify and resolve issues with deliveries.
Picking stock for customer orders, notifying management of any stock discrepancies.
Packing and dispatching customer orders, ensuring that orders are shipped accurately and packed for transit.
Assisting the sales team with quotations for shipping goods
Shipping international orders.
Assisting with routine stock checking.
Assisting with special stock rollout projects as required.
Maintaining high standards of general housekeeping within your workspace.
Understanding and sticking to all health and safety guidelines
Ensure adherence to company security procedures at all times.
Understanding of the ADR/IATA guidelines for lithium ion
Carry out any additional tasks as requested by the Management team.

About you:

Use of computerised inventory management systems.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Understanding of the ADR/IATA guidelines for lithium ion
IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
Hard working, structured and organized approach with an excellent eye for detail.
Work well under pressure, alone and as part of a team
Accurately implement and work in line with Company policies and procedures.
Ensure professional standards, personal presentation and personal conduct, projecting a professional image at all times.
This role will involve a high degree of manual work.
Previous experience is advantageous but not essential
