Private PA - UHNW family and residence

£50,000

Remote role, occasional travel into central London

This is an opportunity to work for a UHNW family who are looking for an individual to assist with the day to day running of the family operations.

The essence of the role
To keep multiple plates spinning for all personal affairs outside of work. Arranging all diaries and coordinating all activities.

No two days are the same and it is essential that you are a forward planner, organized, with exceptional attention to detail.

The scope of the role

Project manage a home renovation
Booking global travel, including private aviation
Upkeep of all family vehicles
Organising personal shopping and assisting with personal errands
Restaurant reservations/bookings
Organising events, parties, dinners, occasional meetings, etc
Management and recruitment of household staff

Prerequisites

Happy to travel into Central London when required - must be flexible:

Previous PA / EA experience:
