BNJ Consultants are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor based in Wednesbury.Salary:
£11,44ph with weekly payment
Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30
Job duties:
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for all customers to enhance and build relationships
- Collate feedback from drivers for any issues they had on delivery, reporting back to the Account Manager in a timely manner
- Proven previous call centre customer services experience and experience in administration
- Confident using computers and have good Excel skills
- Good organisational skills
- Customer and solution focussed
- Ability to analyse data and interpret the information effectively
Salary:
£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
