Our client is an independent specialist provider for the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of adults with neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury (ABI), and progressive neurological disorders. They offer high quality carethat promotes and supports the best rehabilitative outcomes possible.


Due to the high demand for their services, the home has expanded to accommodate more people, and in August, building works were completed, providing residents with a very homely space.


Because of this, they have new vacancies for Daytime Rehabilitation Assistants in Brighton, who will receive a £500 signing bonus, if successful
:

- (NB. Payable on successful completion of your 3 month Probationary period. This bonus will only be reclaimed if employment is ended within 6 months.)_


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support residents in a range of meaningful activities and relationships throughout the day
  • Carry out personal care as needed, such as bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting needs, whilst ensuring adequate food and drink intake
  • Support residents on external visits and trips locally, and sometimes further afield
  • Ensure all care and support plans and documentation is uptodate, comprehensive, accurate and legally compliant
  • Communicate with the team in a manner that promotes effective team working
  • Help improve our resident's quality of life by ensuring their needs are met and that each person is always treated with dignity and respect
  • Support residents to help manage any anxieties, or behaviours that challenge

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
**NOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Sound understanding of good social care principles (preferable)
  • Understanding of safeguarding adults' requirements (preferable)
  • A stable work history, with 1 years' experience in a similar role/environment (preferable)
