- This role will be part of the account based team and have support, training, access to the UK CBRE Integrated Laboratory Solutions group network.
- We are seeking a Planner/Scheduler & Administrator
- They will be responsible for Management of client Laboratory assets, PM's and Breakdowns to ensure all works are scheduled and associated administration tasks fulfilled.
Key responsibilities:

Planning & scheduling:
_**- Contact vendors to schedule monthly Preventative maintenance, for all three client sites
- Ensure client TMS system is maintained and kept up to date to reflect the status of the asset at all times
- Manage the help desk and inbox regularly, to ensure all queries are handled and responded to
- Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner, to the senior Planner Scheduler
- Assist with client TMS system issues to help clear backlog eg chase service reports, close down duplicate WO's, amend PM schedules etc
- Assist with clearing and receipting Invoices and monthly billing spreadsheet
- Communicate with vendors and address any issues
- Obtain quotes from Vendors for any corrective works required
- Book on engineers using the clients visitor system
- Raise Purchase Orders, and Work orders using the CBRE purchasing system
- Liaise with logistics, couriers and external vendors to send away hand held meters for Calibration
- Manage the update of clients TMS system with regards to new and retired assets
- Upload service reports to clients TMS system when work has been completed, close out Work Orders and receipt goods for invoicing
Health and Safety & Lab Management_**- To take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who could be affected by their acts or omissions.
- Undertake the Lead on implementing New H&S policies and procedures
- Be an integral part of initiating, implementing and continual improvement of Lab operations and H&S, Policies and process's
- Ensure the H&S Policy for CBRE engineers is adhered to, obtaining RAMS
Personal Experience:
- Excellent proven experience working within a similar role, with administration skills.
- Good PC skills
- Experience of working in data input or data analysis
- Experience using CMMS Systems
