Care Assistant

Location:
Windsor, Berkshire


Salary:
(£11.00 per hour per week, £12.00 per hour at weekends)


Full or part time staff (must have access to a car)


My client is a privately-owned independent Homecare Provider based in Windsor who specialise in providing exceptional quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

Their unique service means that clients can remain independent, safe and happy intheir own homes.

They are currently looking for full and part-time
Care assistants who are professional and passionate to join their expanding team.

The Job Role
As a
Care Assistant you will be required to provide quality care to clients.


Daily Tasks:


  • Personal Care
  • Assistance with washing & dressing
  • Shopping & meal preparation
  • Administering medication
  • Helping clients access community services
  • To monitor and report changes in client's condition.
  • To keep clear, up to date, and accurate records, reporting any changes in a timely manner.

Carer Assistants are required to be:


Skills, experience and qualifications:


  • Experience of people living with dementia is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and caring attitude with the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Full UK driving licence, full access to own car and Business Insurance.
