Lambert Sports Clinic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for selling our Health Plans to companies who are looking to enhance their benefits package.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position offers a competitive salary, with the added incentive of commission-based earnings.Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential corporate clients who may benefit from our Health Plans.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential leads.
Generate new leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
Present and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our Health Plans to potential clients.
Customize health plan proposals based on the specific needs and requirements of each client.
Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts in collaboration with the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to conduct thorough market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
