Previous experience: Claimant or defendant personal injury. Also have proven management skills and be capable of driving efficiencies, managing targets and motivating staff.

Working In The Recoveries Team

This is an established and well-respected Recoveries Team who act for a wide range of insurers in relation to the recovery of insured and uninsured losses arising out of motor, household, and commercial property disputes.

You will be responsible for:

Understanding and following strategic management of cases
Conducting monthly 121 meetings
Proactively checking, managing, and delivering to strict client service standards and KPIs
Developing a highperformance culture within the team through motivation, support, and performance management
Attending regular client performance review meetings with insurers and corporate clients
