We are recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a small and unquie creative professional services business based on the outskirts of Cambridge.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all of the day-to-day HR operations and developing the business's unique culture.

Responsibilities will include

Recruitment and onboarding
Managing performance and development processes
Supporting the senior leadership team with talent management and succession
Manging and reviewing reward strategies
Leading on the investors in people accreditation
Supporting on employee relations
Reviewing policies and updating the co handbook
Managing flexible working requests
Monitoring on the company's charitable voluntary / probono work
Develop and enhance company culture and ensure a positive, trusting and inclusive work environment

You will have a proven background in HR and will have ideally worked in a stand-alone role, operating at HR Management level.

This role is being offered on 1-2 days a week and you will be required to be on-site at their office on the outskirts of Cambridge.

CIPD level 5 and a solid background in employment law is essential.
