B2B Supply Chain Executive:


The Role:


  • To provide information and analysis on sales, waste and availability to the Sales Team to support the development of presentations and negotiations
  • To build effective relationships with the customer, to provide information on day to day order status and make appropriate decisions
  • To implement all key supply initiatives at Regional and Store level.
  • Daily and ongoing supply issues / initiatives raised and resolved with Customer Supply Chain Teams and THG Supply Chain Teams
  • To support order fulfilment across sales channels, liaising with Internal Supply Chain, Warehouse and B2B Sales Admin Team
  • Provide recommendations Sales Team on how the business should manage availability and improve service levels in the medium and long term.
  • Shadow NAM in building and agreeing commercial terms with retailers. Gain understanding of financial aspects of NAM role and understanding of planning JBP with retailers

_Requirements_

  • Degree level or equivalent education from top tier university
  • Desire to progress within a fast paced organisation
  • Target driven and total focus on achieving targets and helping grow business
  • An outside the box, proactive approach to business
  • Sales experience, ideally gained within a Top 5 Grocery retailer.
  • Systems: Familiarity and quick to learn retailer systems ie. Retail Link.
  • Excellent IT skills
- knowledgeable on spread sheets and Powerpoint.

  • Excellent organisational skills: managing own and others time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: Excellent relationship builder
- establishing credibility with both internal and customer contacts.

  • Proven ability to interpret and evaluate complex data
  • Commercial skills: good understanding of the retailer and their strategy; experience of implementing joint business plans with retailer.
