Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a

Residential Team Leader in Corwen.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a residential home for children. The residents live with behavioural problems.

This is a brand new home that will be opening.

Company and Role:

Residential home for males between the age of 818 years old.
This home is run by OFSTED
The conditions the residents live with include a range of behavioural problems
Our individuals likes to join in activites and sports
No personal care is required
The shifts are 24 hours, 2 on and 4 off.
This is a 11 role
Filling out the relevant paperwork
Running a team of support workers

Successful Applicant:

Must be able to drive

Manual:
Previous experience with team leading
Have a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).
Support worker wil need to be 21 years old or older due to the buisness insurance on the company cars
