Job Overview:
Enlan Ltd is a Property Maintenance, Gardening and Cleaning company based in Swindon.


A vacancy has arisen for a technical cleaner working out of our Swindon office working either on their own or in teams of two or three most of the time.

This vacancy has arisen due to an increase in workload and new contracts.


We are seeking someone with experience of Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Residential cleaning.
Normal Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but these may vary on some days (e.g. 7am to 4pm). We are happy to consider applicants who wish to work less than 5 days (e.g 4 days).


Responsibilities:


  • Perform technical cleaning duties such as Carpet Cleaning and Window Cleaning, and general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients

Pay:
£24,950.00 per year
